Shana Dandeniya

Meet the Founder

Shana
Dandeniya.

Born in Australia, raised in the UK, and now calling Sri Lanka home — Shana stands at the intersection of many cultures and channels this into everything QC creates. After completing her degree in Creative Advertising at London College of Communication, she returned to build Cafe Kumbuk, now one of Colombo's most iconic spots and recognised by the World's 50 Best. Quality Control followed — a natural extension of that same community-first philosophy.

Allison keeps QC running like clockwork. With a background spanning event planning, PA work and corporate client services, she found her true calling in social media — and hasn't looked back since.

Sandali Rupasinghe

Based in Kandy, Sandali is the heart of QC's community — keeping our team motivated and our clients happy since January 2022. Currently completing her undergraduate degree in Demography at the University of Colombo.
